- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- TWIC (required)
- PE/EIT (preferred)
- PMP/CAPM (preferred)
- OSHA 10 (preferred)
- 10-15 years total experience
- Minimum 8+ years in capital project execution
- Oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical experience required
- EPC project experience (owner or contractor)
- Experience on projects $1M+
- Experience working in plant/field environment (preferred)
- Multi-discipline coordination (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Structural)
- Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders and conduct field walks
- Knowledge of Stage Gate process
- Strong writing skills
- Understanding of P&IDs and process systems
- Equipment and specification familiarity
- Construction and commissioning knowledge
- Management of Change (MOC) experience
- Scope development and control
- Cost tracking and forecasting
- Estimating experience
- Schedule tracking (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
- Contractor and vendor coordination
- Field execution support
- Microsoft Office (required)
- Primavera P6 (preferred)
- SAP (preferred)
- Strong safety mindset
- Effective communicator
- Proactive and self-driven
- Able to work in both field and office environments
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing conditions
- Strong field presence
