Customer Service Advisor

Location: The Woodlands, Tx

Description:
  • Interacts with customers
  • providing information about accounts, products and services.
  • Generates quotes based on the customer's needs.
  • Receives, verifies, and processes customer orders and order changes.
  • Candidates MUST have direct Customer Support/Customer Service experience in Chemicals or Oil & Gas industries.
  • SAP or Oracle experience preferred.
