Description:
The person who performs in this position will support multiple projects for the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Holds state architect’s license
- Knowledge of architectural drawings.
- 10 years’ experience with Revit/Auto cad drawings production.
- Clear communicator, able to supervise teams.
- Solid knowledge of city submittal process.
- Solid understanding and implementation of consultant coordination.
- Strong understanding of building assemblies and architectural detailing
- Capable of managing small to medium project design.
- Understanding and knowledge of codes and ADA design
- Familiar with CA: RFI process and shop drawing reviews
- Comfortable running design coordination meetings.
- Capable of field observation and completion of field observation reports.
- Capable of managing budgets and project schedules.
- Capable of assisting in providing estimates and anticipated manhours for work.
- General understanding of architects and construction contracts.
- Comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.

- For Advanced Technology Projects:
- Conduct site feasibility studies and early-stage development planning for industrial campus.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams on projects during the site development phase, including civil, environmental, and wildlife consultants.
- Oversee the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in architecture discipline for general contractor quotations and cost assessments.
- Review conceptual designs from overseas clients to ensure compliance with IBC and local zoning codes.
- Propose and review finish schedules for industrial projects to support accurate cost estimation and project planning.
- Provide IBC training classes to oversee headquarter office in Taiwan when needed.
- Revit/AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and city submittal process.
- Quality record keeping, strong verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Preferably holds NAAB accredited degree in architecture.
- 10 years’ experience with Revit/Auto cad drawings production.
- The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and printer.
- Ability to conduct site visits and walks.
- Follow all company and client operating procedures, standards, policies, and training to ensure safe and efficient operation on the site.
- Actively participate in the organization’s safety program by correcting or reporting unsafe acts and/or conditions
- Take part in and support HSE initiatives
