Administrator - Hybrid-mostly remote 

Job Duties
  • Provides clerical/administrative support through generating and maintaining forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently with high levels of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of generally accepted administrative practices and procedures
  • Ability to learn and follow company processes and procedures
  • You will be using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Suite)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications required
  • Your ability to be accurate and focus on the details will be critical
  • Ability to multitask in a busy work environment and to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a pleasant, business-like, and customer-focused manner
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
