Description:
Responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates cross-functional teams, develops and maintains project plans, monitors schedules and budgets, manages risks and issues, and communicates project status to stakeholders. Works with business and technical partners to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and successfully achieved.

May adapt procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of position
- Lead projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, decisions, and action items.
- Monitor project progress and address obstacles that could affect scope, schedule, cost, or quality.
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support stakeholder alignment and drive projects toward successful completion.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a changing environment.
- Provide guidance and project leadership to team members as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Construction Management. And 4 years Project Management experience (experience performing initiation, planning, monitor and control, executing, and closing of a project)
- In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 8 years related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Office environment including computer work
- Outdoor work environment requiring ability to traverse rough terrain, be exposed to inclement weather, and wear PPE
- Required to work non-standard (evenings & weekend) hours to accommodate customers and extensive hours to meet deadlines
- Required to travel to Company offices and work sites including overnight trips
