Sr Field Service Tech

Location: Channahon, IL

Description

This position is a combination of field and desktop – running cable, etc. but also end user support.

Skill Set:

• Running and terminating Cat 5 and 6 cable

• Mounting equipment

• Assisting in troubleshooting equipment. As well as end user support with laptops, desktops, cell phones and iPads.

• Field IT experience

• Installing network equipment

• Troubleshooting satellites or internet issues are some skills we would like to see, but not necessary.
