Job Description

Scrum Master

Location: Tulsa, Ok

Description of job duties:
Scrum Master for the Fraud Data Transformation Project to lead full scrum team

Required experience:
  • Experienced scrum master able to create new scrum team, build collaborative team through facilitation and leading Sprint ceremonies.
  • Conflict resolution
  • Dependency and Impediment management with ability to escalate properly, stakeholder management and effective executive communications, ability to manage competing stakeholder demands
  • Experienced Agile Delivery and backlog management with scrum/Kanban experience, velocity and capacity planning with intermediate Jira proficiency
Preferred experience:
  • Fraud domain experience
  • Data transformation, data management, or analytics project experience
  • Financial services, banking, risk, or fraud prevention background
