Job Description

R&D Lab Tech

Location: Woodlands, Tx

Description:
The Lab Technician is responsible for daily experimental setup and teardown, lab housekeeping, hazardous waste disposal, recording data in LIMS, and first-level equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
This role supports the agricultural side of the business and requires candidates to be comfortable working with pesticides. PPE is provided by the company.

About 50% of the role involves formulation, including preparing batches and blends. Other duties include cleaning lab supplies and waste management.
The site operates from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM with flexible 8-hour shifts within those hours.

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working with pesticides.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
