Project Manager IT 4 

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Description

This position is in the BU Asset Team. The key responsibility is to work as a central hub of coordination, communication of timing and deliverables across all disciplines from Identify to close gate.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years in the oil and gas industry. 5-7 years experience in project management or planning role required.

Responsibility level:

• Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage timing and deliverables across disciplines such as planning, drilling, completions, regulatory, facilities, etc.

• Work closely with asset leaders and key stakeholders.

• Effective, proactive communication.

• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs, gaps and concerns.

• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. 

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects and programs.

• Display leadership by influence and working with cross functional teams.
