Description
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical aptitude, eager to grow in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication between engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manufacturing Assistance: Apply mechanical aptitude to support the fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring alignment with technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and technical reports, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Client Interaction: Support client communications by preparing updates, scheduling meetings, and addressing inquiries under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate potential issues, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or project coordination role.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems, with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CAD software or technical drawings is a plus.
