Pipeline & Terminal Analyst-Crude/NGLs

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description

Responsible for volumetric and revenue accounting on movements of crude and NGL products for assigned pipeline systems and terminals. Ensures integrity of data, provides information to internal and external pipeline shippers regarding product movements and invoices shippers for their movements.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

Record tariff revenues, terminal service revenues, throughput and deficiencies and product gains and losses. Investigate out of tolerance gain/loss volumes and revenue variance. Communicate frequently with on-site pipeline and terminal personnel, schedulers, and customers. Submit various reports to internal recipients and government agencies including EIA.

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 15 Accounting hours


Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • 2+ years’ accounting experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Good communications and teamwork skills

  • Self starter with strong analytical and accounting skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

  • Good organizational skills

  • Fast learner

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Pipeline and terminal accounting experience a plus
