- Successful record of influence, community building, networking and deploying effective inclusion and diversity for all employees at all levels of the organization.
- Will implement, develop strategy, and direct programs that promote inclusion & diversity (I&D) within the company.
- This role is responsible for developing training and initiatives to create and foster an open and inclusive environment working across the business.
- Further enhances company culture through I&D initiatives.
- Lead the design of I&D policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce.
- Build upon the company's plan; work with human resources for implementation of policies and programs and define metrics to report results.
- Ensure diversity training content remains relevant and dynamic in a continually evolving subject matter.
- Organize trainings to enhance knowledge and morale around sensitive topics.
- Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate inclusion & diversity initiatives and prepare quarterly reports to senior management on the value of these initiatives.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and utilize data to make decisions around diversity goals.
- Keep current on diversity trends by maintaining contact with others in the field (e.g., professional association and educational groups, and professional development efforts).
- Continue to foster relationships within the community and various industry groups to show thought leadership.
- Lead, grow, and develop I&D team members through the following avenues: I&D Champions, ERG leadership and I&D Council to ensure content and efforts are aligned, relevant, and timely according to the company strategy.
- Further foster relationships with HR, Legal, Investor Relations, and Labor Relations.
- Act as a leader to underrepresented groups and make sure all voices are heard.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Masters preferred) in cultural/intercultural relations, psychology/sociology, organizational behavior, human resource management, or other related field or an equivalent combination of formal education.
- Working knowledge of human resources policies, programs and practices.
- Proven experience with developing strategy and implementing inclusion and diversity initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with project management; guiding the organization to continuously improve and create an inclusive and diverse culture.
- Proven experience reading and interpreting policies, reports, governmental regulations, benefits information, employment documents, industry publications, procedures, and correspondence.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience analyzing and preparing information including personnel statistics, benefit reports, employment data, special projects, policy recommendations, procedures and correspondence.
- Demonstrated experience interacting, directing, delegating, and communicating effectively to a variety of audiences through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate difficult conversations within work groups.
- Demonstrated experience developing information and making presentations to groups and individuals internally and externally.
- Proven experience leading, directing and supervising team members.
- Ability to indirectly influence others with leaderships skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
- Minimum Applicable driver's license.
- Requires travel to company offices field locations, and customer locations.
- Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.
- Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions; conduct oral presentations.
