Developer II

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Profile Summary
Responsible for providing project leadership on moderately complex projects in translating system requirements into technical design through development, testing, and implementation. Works under limited supervision while exercising substantial latitude to make unreviewed decisions.

As IT Analyst II, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Provides application software development services or technical support

  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications

  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications

  • Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner

  • Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation

  • Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment

  • Other duties as assigned


Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of three (3) years' IT experience

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of five (3) years' IT experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills


Technical Skills Required:

  • Java: 3-5 years

  • HTML5: 3-5 years

  • Angular: 3-5 years

  • CCS3: 3-5 years

  • OOP: 3-5 years

  • SQL or PL/SQL: 3-5 years
