Administrative Assistant

Location: Watford City, ND

Description: 
  • Provides technical support to Operations and HSE personnel by:
  • Assists with inputting Incident reporting into “first outs” and Intelex for Operations team.
  • Monitoring data information from the field and tracking down missing information. i.e. Chemical inventory, casing pressures, AVO inspections etc.
  • Track spill cleanups and other data for KPI meetings.
  • Prepare meeting and training materials.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks for O&M team
  • Supports Operations Superintendent and BOLT management by assisting with scheduling and preparing minute summaries.
  • Managing the Bakken events calendar, which would include Coordinating, scheduling visitors, including acting as liaison to the REFs group for meeting reservations.
  • Maintaining records in Intelex, Power BI and Field Engagement Tool) (FET) case management, including Incident entry, and documentation, prepare weekly and monthly summaries for both HSE and BOLT meetings. Assisting with Preparing monthly KPI summary slide presentation materials.
  • Blackline: Maintaining the inventory of Blackline monitors, ensuring each monitor and bridge are assigned to specific individuals and maintaining a visitor and guest log. Trouble shoot bump and calibrations issues (daily).
  • PPE stock and inventory, assisting with badge access to Grainger machines.
  • HSE materials inventory. LOTO kits, locks, signage, stickers, Go Cards, JSAs etc.
  • Assisting with material preparation, managing, training and safety meeting rosters


Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Intermediate level, typically 2-3 years of experience.
  • Moving towards full competency.
  • Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline.
  • Identifies problems and develops potential solutions.
  • Makes decisions within well defined parameters.
  • Conducts analytical and trending HSE reports. performs gap analysis and evaluate activity deficiencies.
  • Maintains records, reports, and documents required to meet corporate and regulatory requirements including injuries, near misses, environmental releases, training, etc.
  • Collects, registers, reviews, distributes, presents and archives HSE data, and prepares initial documentation for bid packages.
  • Conducts searches
  • Assists in the development of policies, procedures and standards.
  • Assures compliance with all appropriate HSE initiatives.
  • Fulfills pertinent miscellaneous duties/functions as assigned
