Description:
- Prepare Engineering, Procurement, and Construction schedules for each phase of a project from proposal through engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Understand fundamental engineering and construction work sequences and be able adapt to project team and Client requirements
- Review schedule information including logic ties and interfaces for accuracy
- Perform schedule quality analysis using P6 and other software tools
- Maintain earned value and forecast data in P6
- Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions
- Consistently meet schedule issue deadlines
- Work closely with Project Team to improve performance in project planning and execution
- Perform schedule variance analysis and communicate schedule trends effectively
- Develop and recommend solutions and mitigation plans through analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of project data
- Proactively focus project team and management’s attention to areas of concern
- Support internal training, workshops, and/or presentations to other departments or clients on our planning and scheduling work processes, tools, and systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of planning / scheduling experience in a capital projects environment.
- Prior working knowledge and planning experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software (5+ years).
- Advance working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Power BI
- Attention to detail, accuracy, completeness and meeting deadlines and commitments is critical.
- Strong work ethic and analytical skills.
- Proactive and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Participate in routine visits to project sites and fabrication shops to audit progress
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
