Description:
Provides varied and complex management and/or operational analysis, reports and recommendations in support of business/departmental programs. Performs various evaluations, controls, and calculations to produce, support, and maintain data system integrity. Integrates and compiles data into quantifiable summaries, models, and forecasts for development, review, and approval of issue action plans. Develops recommendations for actions based on analysis.

Essential Functions:
- Plan, prioritize, conduct and lead assignments.
- Serve as project or case manager in the development, analysis, presentation, and completion of business projects.
- Act as a resource for members with less experience, may direct the technical complexities of work.
- Determine type of analysis needed to achieve a goal or result and identify the stakeholders of a project or initiative; may lead or act as lead project team.
- Partner with internal network of contacts.
- Solve problems and develop solutions that call for original approach based on thorough and comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
- Lead in identifying appropriate statistical and modeling procedures, metrics, budgetary requirements, and information requirements for Company.
- Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve processes or services.
- Serve as a source of expertise on reporting systems and data sources.
- Take action in a self-directed manner to identify issues and make recommendations to department leadership.
Education/Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree And 6 years directly related experience
- 4 years of additional experience may substitute for degree.

- Solid technical, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Ability to solve complex problems; taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
- In depth knowledge in database and reporting software (SAP, Quorum, Crystal Ball, etc).
- Ability to perform computer modeling on various systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and summarize data using business theories, principles, and concepts.
- Ability to interface with and effectively communicate with all levels of leadership.
- Ability to interface with diverse personalities and receive instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Office environment using computer equipment including a keyboard, mouse and computer monitor
- Sedentary to light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Subject to normal office noise levels
- May be required to work non-standard hours
