Job Description

Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Location: Tulsa, Ok

Description:

  • Develop and execute regression test scenarios from established test cases
  • Ensure test coverage includes standard workflows, edge cases, and high-risk scenarios
  • Use realistic test data to validate system behavior and reduce false positives
  • Execute test cases using standard operational workflows
  • Validate end-to-end processing across systems and confirm accurate data flow
  • Verify data accuracy, field mapping, and formatting across systems
  • Document defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues and support regression review and resolution
  • Maintain testing logs to track execution results, pass/fail outcomes, and retest cycles
  • Report on defect trends, severity, and overall testing status
  • Ensure workflow routing and state progression align with expected business processes
  • Retest defects to confirm resolution and prevent regression issues
  • Escalate risks, blockers, and critical defects affecting client delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and standardization efforts

Experience required:

  • Hands-on experience supporting UAT and regression testing in a production-impacting environment
  • Experience with QE practices, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
  • 3–5+ years of experience in bank operations, wealth management, or a comparable financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing workflows
  • Experience validating data across systems and identifying data integrity issues
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools, test logs, and audit-ready documentation
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, document expected versus actual results, and partner with developers to validate fixes
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and business processes
  • Effective communication skills and experience working across IT, Product, and Operations teams
