Telecom Services Analyst
Location: Remote
Description:
As part of acquisition activities of another company, we are looking for a contractor to assist with integrating two Telecom Expense Management systems into one and to provide day-to-day assistance during the transition as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of voice and data circuits, provisioning services, familiarity with TEM systems (preferably Calero or Sakon), and mobile device management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

As part of acquisition activities of another company, we are looking for a contractor to assist with integrating two Telecom Expense Management systems into one and to provide day-to-day assistance during the transition as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with various carriers/service providers to modify authorized users to each account.
- Create Letter(s) of Authorization as required by 3rd party TEM to work on behalf of the company.
- Assist with mapping of accounting charges from one financial system into the new one.
- Work with both 3rd party TEM providers to update coding in their respective systems as identified.
- Assist with testing new upload files into OKE AP system.
- Assist with user data validation for mobile devices prior to upload and porting of services to new accounts.
- Review telecom invoices to ensure contractual accuracy.
- Working with TEM vendor, provide guidance and resolve issues with telecom invoices.
- Identify cost-savings opportunities and efficiencies.
- Obtain competitive bids for voice/data circuits.
- Order/provision/disconnect voice and data circuits.
- Provide Level 2 support for mobile requests.
