Technical Analyst II

Location: Tulsa, OK


We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in C#, .Net, and SQL and console apps to join our team. The individual will be responsible for working on incoming incident queues in our ServiceNow environment, identifying and resolving issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience required:
3-7 years experience. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to effectively communicate with various teams. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to prioritize and drive incidents to resolution, and generate documentation when necessary. This is a collaborative role, working closely with senior team members. Long-term compatibility with the team is important, and group interviews may be conducted to assess this.
