Talent Partner

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description


The talent partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches.
  • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Processes internal transfer requests.
  • Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner.
  • Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers.
  • Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer.
  • Coordinates and attends recruitment events.
  • Reconciles computer reports: recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.

Decision Making:
  • Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.

Working Relationships:
  • Works with internal/external customers. Works frequently with individuals at director level or above.
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or closely related field.

Work Experience:
  • At least one year of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment.
  • Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.
