Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 3 or more years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting providing full cycle recruiting
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities May Include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics
- Serve as a talent advisor for assigned business units, providing recommendations and managing expectations
- Apply creative approaches to identify critical talent and develop candidate pipelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and recruiting-related projects simultaneously
- Interact in a consultative manner with individuals at all levels within the organization, persuading and influencing key decision-makers
