  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in valve engineering, with a strong emphasis on severe service ball valves
  • Demonstrated experience within a valve manufacturing environment
  • Extensive background in metal-seated ball valve designs, including trunnion-mounted and severe-duty configurations
  • In-depth knowledge of materials selection, coatings, sealing technologies, and actuation systems for severe service applications
  • Proven expertise in pressure-containing component design and valve performance under extreme operating conditions
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD platforms such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, or power generation industries
  • Exposure to high-cycle, high-temperature, erosive, or abrasive service applications
  • Prior experience with organizations known for engineered severe service valve solutions
