Our company is embarking on an exciting journey to transition our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from SAP ECC to S4/HANA. We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Transition Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition, documenting processes, and providing essential support to our experts during this transformative phase.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cutover Lead’s creation of the cutover plan by documenting requirements and processes across all workstreams
• Work closely with the Cutover Lead to ensure perfect business continuity during cutover and blackout.
• Develop a work plan and roadmaps to effectively to align with project priorities and provide status updates.
• Support workstreams with technical and logistical coordination and support to free SMEs to focus on design, testing, data validation and other activities.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the transition, such as scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate logistics as needed for data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing, training, cutover and Go-Live.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 2 years of experience in IT support or ERP-related role. Familiarity with SAP ECC and S4/HANA is a plus
• Certifications: Consider certifications like ITIL, PMP, EIT, CISA, CSM, ATF, V2, CMMI, or CAPM.
• Desired Skills: Expertise in technical writing, ability to quickly learn essential aspects of novel practices, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office, Familiarity with safety principles for industrial work environments.
