Job Description

Records and Information Clerk

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description


Position will assist the team with the following:
  • Perform records research via Perceptive Document Management, Maximo and GIS Systems.
  • Assist employees and contractors involved with activities and projects associated with records research under direction of Asset Management staff.
  • Assist with records correction as necessary.
  • Someone who had a role with utility operation records or geographic parcel or parcel legal experience would be a good fit.
  • Past oil-well lease or other research experience would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of records and information management programs; Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other automation tools desirable.
  • Support the company Central Records help desk by taking inbound requests during working hours and after hours as assigned (rotation).

Position Requirements            
  • Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing digital mapping technologies and tools, such as Google Earth, Google Street View, and Bing Maps.
  • Ability to learn GIS mapping and Maximo.
  • Intermediate level (min) Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a small team.
  • Ability to lift 30lb boxes and climb a ladder.
  • Experience preferred with Excel and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience preferred with Perceptive.
  • Experience preferred with Maximo systems.
  • Experience preferred with Banner.
