Project Support Coordinator 

Location: Houston, TX

Description


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to support our engineering and project teams within the midstream natural gas pipeline sector. This role will serve as a key point of coordination between field engineers, operations and finance, ensuring accurate and timely processing of project documentation and administrative tasks.

Project Support Coordinator Tasks:
  • Create, track, and submit job books 
  • Work on compiling information for Historical Job Books
  • Historical Document Migration into INTEGRA (ILI supporting documentation)
  • Invoice processing and tracking (Ariba)
  • Accrual Entry and documentation (MS Teams)
  • Create AFEs/PRNs (CARs)
  • Create and track RFMs and RFSs (Procurement Request Form – on-line)
  • Write work directives and field work directives.
  • Create and track POs (Procurement Request Form – on-line)
  • Material handling, tracking, and receiving (Lawson)
  • Initiate MSAs (Procurement Request Form)
  • Create new vendors (Ariba)
  • Verify and track vendor ISN status (ISNetworld) (By request)
  • Track and verify contractor OQs and core safety.
  • Compile OQ reports for all projects
  • Track and verify PERs (Online Forms)
  • Assist with Immediate and High priority remediation notification calls and documents.
  • OQs and ISNetworld docs
  • SRCs
  • MOCs and Env MOCs
  • Input and Track Each Month Commutes/personal Mileage (WEX Invoicing)
 
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
  • Prior experience in an administrative, project coordination, or support role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting/forecasting concepts; no advanced accounting background required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule: Monday–Wednesday in our downtown Houston office; Thursday–Friday remote.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting engineering and project execution teams.
