Project Manager I

Location: Dallas, TX

Description


The Corporate Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities across multiple sites, ensuring weekly updates on project progress, and identifying constraints or hurdles in collaboration with site teams. This role will also lead the scheduling and coordination of key project tasks and meetings—particularly during the early stages of project deployment at each site—to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend project meetings or follow up with the site lead to understand current status of the project at that site.
  • Track and report project status weekly, ensuring updates on the progress, risks, and dependencies in coordination with the site lead.
  • Maintain and update project management software (One Plan) to reflect current timelines, milestones working with the current site leads.
  • Collaborate with site teams to gather updates, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project health and performance to stakeholders.
  • Support documentation and knowledge sharing across teams to promote transparency and continuous improvement as the project progresses.
  • Coordination of key activities with the site leads Key project meetings will need to be arranged with the site leads as we continue to implement.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.

Experience:
  • 2 years + working in the refining industry

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a multi-site or industrial setting.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and software (Preferably one plan experience)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
