Location: Tulsa, OK
Programming for manufacturing utilizing Catia V5 to produce parts or tooling programs to control machining of various materials by CNC Equipment.
Analyze digital data, drawings, blueprints, specifications and job orders
Determine sequence of machining operations and design tooling to facilitate
Create efficient tool path using Catia V5 utilizing industry best practices with established speeds and feeds from dedicated tool lists.
Analyze results using Vericut Verification software
Create setup sheets by machining operation
Interact with shop peers to identify any problems with programs and corrections to be made
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Catia V5 programming experience required (3 years minimum)
Vericut setup and operation required
Experience with Esprit helpful, but not required
Sedentary work; sitting constantly
Lifting 25 lbs or less occasionally
