Programmer

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description

Programming for manufacturing utilizing Catia V5 to produce parts or tooling programs to control machining of various materials by CNC Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital data, drawings, blueprints, specifications and job orders

• Determine sequence of machining operations and design tooling to facilitate  

• Create efficient tool path using Catia V5 utilizing industry best practices with established speeds and feeds from dedicated tool lists.

• Analyze results using Vericut Verification software

• Create setup sheets by machining operation

• Interact with shop peers to identify any problems with programs and corrections to be made

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Education/Experience:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

• Catia V5 programming experience required (3 years minimum)

• Vericut setup and operation required

• Experience with Esprit helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work; sitting constantly

• Walking occasionally

• Lifting 25 lbs or less occasionally
