Job Description
PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Analyst
Location: Ignacio, CO
We are seeking an HCM Analyst to provide additional bench strength in support of payroll operations. This role will support payroll within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable payroll processing.
Candidates may come from either an analyst or developer background, as long as they have strong payroll systems experience. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll operations within the HCM system
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues
- Assist with payroll system configuration, testing, and maintenance
- Support payroll data validation and reporting
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide user support and respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Assist with system updates, patches, and enhancements as needed
- Participate in projects related to payroll system improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting payroll in an enterprise system environment
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Experience working within an HCM system
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate with both functional and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM
- Background as an HCM Analyst or Developer
- Experience supporting multi-department or multi-entity payroll environments
