Organizational Change Management Specialist/Consultant IV

Houston, TX - Hybrid

Description

Integral contributor to the Organizational Change Management Strategy and Communication Plan to promote the desired cultural shift focused on the people side of change and building new capabilities across the organization. The plan leverages the latest in adult learning, growth and enterprise thinking practices.

Responsibilities 
  • Develops a structured change approach in alignment with corporate management methodology, standard processes and tools, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provides support the people in adopting the new solution, i.e.., stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, engagement and communication plans, user feedback surveys, lessons learned, and reporting.
  • Manages all aspects of project communications and reporting to all levels of the organization to include internal project reporting and change control procedures.
  • Creates internal project processes to improve areas in business role mapping, end user training assignments, and super user development.
  • Collaborates with leaders and key stakeholders to create solutions to their toughest issues and design "best in class" programs for implementation across the organization.
  • Keep project organized and on-track, always thinking ahead.
  • Be a motivating cross-functional leader who fosters accountability for results and positive organizational change.

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • 5-10 years prior large enterprise level project change and communications management.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience leading change efforts on the following types of projects:
    • Mergers and Acquisitions
    • SAP
    • Digital Transformation Projects
