Job Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials based on content provided.
- Create quick reference guides to use after training.
- Assist MOC Coordinator with processing MOC documentation
- Scan/upload vendor documents to SAP/Falcon in an organized manner
- Maintain latest modifications to training material.
- Maintain a working list and progress reports.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to seek feedback and update training materials based on feedback.
- Must have prior experience creating training guides for all team members and colleagues to utilize as resource material.
- Must understand how communicate training material and how to create SOP guides in relevance to how adults learn.
- Strong written communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience developing training material
- Utilize Phillips 66 training model format/branding.
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to work safely in an office environment
- Must be able to work both individually and on a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer/PC skills
- Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Worked in a similar capacity in a previous role.
Preferred:
- Worked in a similar capacity in similar industry (refining, petro-chemical, etc.)
- SAP
- Experience developing training material for field operations
