Job Description

Mechanical Engineer

Location: Houston, TX
 

Experience and Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-20 years of Oil & Gas project experience
  • Experience with Fired Heaters and/or Steam Methane Reformers
  • Experience with piping, heat exchangers, combustion burners/ flares, or pressure vessel design
  • Experience with Caesar II Pipe Stress
  • Experience with piping design/ wall thickness calcs- knowledge of ASME B31.1/ B31.3 or ASME Section I or ASME Section VIII or API 530/ API 560
  • Autocad and or Solidworks knowledge is a plus
  • PE Texas
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft office knowledge -Word and Excel
  • The position will be located in in NW Houston, with some travel to worksites as required
