We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician at our client’s Pasadena, TX, Technology Development & Manufacturing Center. The Manufacturing Tech will be part of a team responsible for integrated warehouse and assembly line production work associated with the company’s proprietary products.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician at our client’s Pasadena, TX, Technology Development & Manufacturing Center. The Manufacturing Tech will be part of a team responsible for integrated warehouse and assembly line production work associated with the company’s proprietary products.
- Working under a Team Lead, this role will include the following responsibilities:
- Material management and movement on the warehouse floor in support of manual assembly lines
- Start up and shut down of equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure operation runs properly
- Monitoring turn-around time, speed and production
- Product quality control checks and write or revise work Instructions, as required
- Participate in the Safety Meetings, safety walks, Safety Controls and Reports, ICares, etc.
- Teamwork
- Be aligned with the values of the company
- Packaging and labelling of finished product based on customer requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- No experience necessary; candidates who adapt quickly and have a strong desire to learn should do well in this position
- Strong communication skills in English. Must be fluent.
- Ability to work day or night shift
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team-based environment.
