Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to support two dynamic and fast-paced teams: our ServiceNow Development Team and our DevSecOps Team. This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager who thrives in Agile environments and can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects across ServiceNow, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure Operation initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Track and report project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project financials including budget forecasting, monthly actuals reporting, and financial setup for individual projects.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership in Agile adoption for the project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration with other project management leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ServiceNow or DevSecOps tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies in software development.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams using tools like MS Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
- Experience with financial tracking and reporting for technology projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in software development environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project delivery.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
