IT Project Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream initiative involving ServiceNow (FSO module) and document management systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, along with domain experience in banking, retirement plan services, and enterprise document management. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Experience required:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on complex, multi-workstream projects.
  • Proven experience in banking or retirement plan services.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the FSO module.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
