- Program management for the overall Marketing Transformation Roadmap Program
- Hands-on project management for projects/pilots/POCs within the program
- Oversight for junior PMs/BAs on the program
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related experience
- PMP and/or CSM certified
- Strong program and project management knowledge and experience (Mid to Senior level Program Manager).
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Agile knowledge and experience (Agile project management and Scrum framework)
- Able to work on-site at Houston headquarters
- Oil and Gas Marketing business experience
- Marketing experience
- Familiar with Azure DevOps
