Handing Employee Insurance renewal/negotiating
Handing Employee Contracts
Basic Policies (Work from home policy, technology policies, sick policies, vacation policy, etc.)
Creating a Handbook
Recruiting/Hiring new employees
Coordination of Internal Events (Cookouts, Holidays, Company Meetings)
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in HR, Customer Service, or related field.
Understands and can learn the role and responsibilities of the position, including:
Proven ability to collaborate with internal team and key partners or stakeholders
Solution oriented and resourceful
Exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Use of excellent time management, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel,
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and results focused.
Ability to interact with multiple levels within the organization
Act and make independent decisions using discretionary judgment
Desired Skills & Experience:
HS Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or HR-related field.
