eBusiness Support Specialist
Location: Radnor/Wayne, PA
Description:
Internal/External customer facing support whose overall responsibility will be to identify end-user concerns based on what is reported. The eBusiness Support Specialist will use software and web administration tools related to internal/external customer inquiries and experiences for Airgas eBusiness Solutions.
Required Education:
- B.A. / B.S. degree and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- SAP, Business Warehouse / Hybris knowledge, preferred
Required Length & Type of Experience:
- At least 3+ years of Customer Service experience, eBusiness/eCommerce preferred
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience, especially involving internet browsers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Critical thinking capability
- Excellent communications skills including the ability to actively listen, interpret directions and take appropriate action
- Performs exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be able to tackle new assignments as they arise
