This is a migration project from a Windows 10 environment to Windows 11.
TIER II Hardware and Software Support
Good Communication
Customer Service is a must
Deskside Support to assist with Migration Effort
Great with MS Technologies
Ability to learn and want to learn new things in a changing environment.
Flexibility to move from one project to another
Will be adjusting to different technologies and someone that can wear different hats.
Experience with deploying hardware
SERVICE NOW Experience is needed and a huge plus. Will look at this and could be deciding factor
SCCM experience. They will be transitioning from SCCM to Intune so having Intune knowledge would be great as well.
