Location: Tulsa, OK

Description:
SKILLS NEEDED:

 
  • This is a migration project from a Windows 10 environment to Windows 11. 
  • TIER II Hardware and Software Support
  • Good Communication
  • Customer Service is a must
  • Deskside Support to assist with Migration Effort
  • Great with MS Technologies
  • Ability to learn and want to learn new things in a changing environment.
  • Flexibility to move from one project to another
  • Will be adjusting to different technologies and someone that can wear different hats.
  • Experience with deploying hardware
  • SERVICE NOW Experience is needed and a huge plus. Will look at this and could be deciding factor
  • SCCM experience. They will be transitioning from SCCM to Intune so having Intune knowledge would be great as well.
