Location: Tulsa, OK Area

Description


In search of a Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) Coordinator within our Talent Acquisition team. Our CWP Coordinators partner directly with our team of CWP Advisors, Managers, and Suppliers to provide a best-in-class experience while maintaining standard methodologies and efficiency. Your work will have a direct impact on our success and is an integral part of our group. This will be a fast-paced role which will require organization, teamwork, communication, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of contingent workforce processes and best practices.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Collaborate with CWP advisor on contingent worker requests
  • Maintain contingent workers throughout the duration of assignment and ensure data accuracy within VMS
  • Stay relevant on VMS and HCM integration system upgrades
  • Take part in special project assignments to develop best-in-class processes and tools for the CWP
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients and external vendors while selling company image and opportunities
  • Complete other duties and accountabilities, as needed

Basic/Required:
  • 1+ years of experience with Human Resource policies & practices
  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources or Contingent Workforce function
  • 1+ years of experience working within CWP Vendor Management software
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Word
  • Experience in staffing but from a coordinator perspective. 
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt., Communications, Human Resources, Management, other related business field, or foreign equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Human Resources or Contingent Workforce function
  • 5+ years of experience working within CWP Vendor Management software
  • Develops realistic plans needed to accomplish objectives and team goals
  • Communicates efficiently and in an expansive manner with all people, regardless of their level, culture, or role in organization
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to work effectively under stress while maintaining a professional, businesslike manner
  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what is right
  • Delivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
  • Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
