Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the construction of an upper parking deck water proofing and expansion joint installation
  • Manage the construction of a water proofing, expansion joint installation, seal exterior wall, painting, etc. 
  • Plan, design, permitting, construction and closing of a roof and structure replacement
  • Write Scope of Work
  • Review and comments design plans, technical specification, cost estimate and others
  • Coordinate schedule and permitting
  • Manage all construction activities includes but not limited to site meetings, coordinating with CEI, review payment, track daily inspection report and activities, review site work as needed
  • Close construction per contract requirement
Qualifications: 
  • The project manager will need to have at least 5 years’ experience in roofing, and water proofing with some landscaping and civil works.
