Location: Tulsa, OK Area

Description:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Business degree.

  • 15+ hours of Accounting courses.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to seek and understand the root cause of issues.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Highly detail oriented.

  • Communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully in a team environment and multi-task efficiently.

  • Completing monthly revenue processing and value distribution for lease volumes.

  • Computing, verifying, and processing division order transfers of interest to make timely royalty payments related to the timely payment of royalties

  • Troubleshooting issues with operators, including royalty inquiries, discrepancies with interest payments, and supporting the research of ticket discrepancies.

  • Creating and maintaining master data for production, revenue, and regulatory master data setups to support the Revenue functions.

  • Preparing ad-hoc reports as required.

  • Reconciling monthly general ledger accounts.

  • Collaborating with the team and other groups to continually improve business processes.

  • Working closely with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
