Location: Houston, TX- Hybrid

Job Description:

The Houston based Account Manager will be responsible for growing existing Fortune 500 and other enterprise-level accounts by building relationships with IT leaders and partnering with our internal recruiters to identify top talent for our client. There will be additional opportunity and expectation for the Account Manager to prospect for new client accounts in the Houston market. This position requires someone to be self-motivated that can manage their daily schedule effectively. This is a high outbound activity role which will require significant calls, and onsite meetings with client managers.

Required:

  • 2+ years of IT Staffing Account Management experience

  • Self-motivated with drive to succeed

  • Manage open positions by qualifying job descriptions, reviewing candidates to be submitted, and accepting interview requests

  • Communicating and collaborating with hiring managers on the specific needs for a position

  • Work with clients and recruiting staff to communicate job offers and position acceptance

  • Developing and penetrating existing client accounts to attain greater market share

  • Identify and research potential clients

  • Excellent communication skills, in-person, over the phone and via email

  • Ability to have in-person meetings in the Houston area

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
