Phillip Wilson

​​​​Phil is our COO/General Counsel, and he joined OakTree in January of 2021. Before OakTree, he earned a Law Degree from Oklahoma City University graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was also a recipient of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Energy and Natural Resources Award for Outstanding Excellence. Phil was a SuperLawyer Rising Star in 2020. He left his prior firm to invest himself in OakTree's growth as well as provide legal counsel.
