Lisa Wilson

​With a unique talent for motivating her team as well as having notable technical savvy, Lisa has been integral to the success of OakTree since day one.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1986 with a Bachelor's in Computer Programming and Information Science, Lisa started her career as a computer programmer with Amerada Hess. After working as a Senior Systems Developer for Williams Energy, Lisa was part of a four-person team that founded OakTree Software, Inc. in 1995. Seven years later, Lisa became the sole owner and aimed to build a successful company that was conducive to the family lives of its employees.

Because of her leadership, OakTree has not only made it through instances of the downturn of the economy but did so in a way worth meriting the company's addition to the list of 25 Best Small Companies To Work For in the nation by Working Mother Magazine. Lisa is a member of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Association of Women Business Owners.

In addition to her work with OakTree, Lisa works with and supports many local and national charities including Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, Oklahoma Mozart, Meals On Wheels, and others.
