Unofficial Title: Crazy Dog/Cat Lady

Cassie has been with OakTree since 2003! She started as the Admin Assistant while she was in college, and as OakTree grew, so did her responsibilities. It's safe to say she may have done every job there is to be done with OakTree in the last 17 years. Cassie's current role as our Chief HR Officer means that she works closely with the onboarding, employee care, and marketing teams to ensure our employees have the best experience while working with OakTree.

We asked Cassie what she enjoys most about her job:
