Description:
Position Summary
Lead structural design efforts for EPC projects supporting industrial, petrochemical, midstream, and energy facilities. Coordinate with engineers and designers across multiple disciplines while producing high-quality construction deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of structural steel and reinforced concrete design packages.
- Create and maintain 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and CADWorx Structure.
- Design pipe racks, equipment foundations, platforms, buildings, and miscellaneous steel structures.
- Produce framing plans, foundation plans, anchor bolt plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Civil, and Project Management teams.
- Review vendor drawings and incorporate engineering comments.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in interdisciplinary model reviews.
- Support field walkdowns, RFIs, and construction revisions.
- Prepare Issued for Construction (IFC) drawing packages while meeting project schedules.
- 10–15+ years of industrial structural design experience.
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, or Midstream EPC experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.

Office-based position supporting engineering and design teams with occasional field visits as required. Must be able to work in a collaborative, multi-discipline EPC environment and manage multiple priorities.
