Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HR Systems professional to support our ongoing ERP implementation and HR operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing our Workday platform, ensuring smooth payroll and benefits processes, and delivering practical HR support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for Workday configuration, business processes, testing, and best practices during system implementation and ongoing operations.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including Open Enrollment, document standardization, employee assistance, and benefits setup.
- Manage global workers’ compensation compliance, audits, reporting, and related payments using payroll systems.
- Develop and maintain reports for benefits analysis and other HR needs, with strong Excel proficiency.
- Act as an internal super user, troubleshooting issues, structuring solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration, business process management, and reporting (experience with Neeyamo or other payroll systems is highly preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently address ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities — proactive in asking questions, following through on commitments, and working effectively in a team environment.
- Balanced analytical and pragmatic approach with a continuous learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus (not required).
