Job Description

QA Associate

Location: Irving, Tx

Description:
  • Quality Assurance Reviews -conduct quality control reviews of loss mitigation files and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
  • Document management and imaging – Scan, index, and upload borrower correspondence and loss mitigation packages into the designated imaging/document repository system;
  • Trial payment Plan Tracking – Monitor trial payment plans to ensure payments are received and posted according to agreed terms;
  • MSP Task and Workflow Management – Work assigned MSP task queues and reports to support ongoing loss mitigation processing activities. – Operational support – Provide general administrative and operational support to the Loss Mitigation team as needed.
