Risk Management Associate

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description


The Security Officer is responsible for protecting company assets, minimizing risk, and ensuring overall safety and security. This role involves a highly interactive environment that values the security team. While prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred, it is not required. Training is provided to maintain a safe working environment, patrol and respond to potential threats, and act as a first-responder in emergency situations. The position requires effective communication and the ability to assist employees in preventing fraud attempts within banking centers. 

Experience required: 
  • High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a security function or completion of Security Training/Certification (Guard Card); or 7+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
  • Training: Completion of Security Training/Certification (Guard Card).
  • Prior Experience: Prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and act as a first-responder in emergency situations.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation and provide consistent, well-written reports of incidents using an electronic incident reporting application.
