Description
Looking for drafting/design person with following:
- Use and knowledge of AutoCAD functions a must – (required) at least 3+ years working experience with AutoCAD 2D & 3D on structural skid design and piping layout drawings
- Use of Microsoft Office – including internet explorer and outlook a must (required)
- Must be able to work at physical location with others in small office / shop environment (less than 15 people – including shop personnel)
- Ability to work with and communicate with component suppliers (pumps, diesel engines, PLC Controllers, valves, pipe & steel suppliers, etc.) – good telephone grammar
- Knowledge of industrial equipment (pumps, motors, engines, controllers and tanks) desired
- Knowledge of structural components (steel, piping and bolting) … previous equipment skid design is a plus and knowledge of welding techniques desired
- Ability to work intermittently (1-2 hours daily) in fabrication shop environment (required)
- Ability to work at desk in front of computer for 4 – 6 hours daily (required).
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to work 9 hours daily. (Occasional week-end work maybe required)
- Background Check (educational qualifications & previous work experience) required.
- Drug Screen maybe required upon management discrepancy.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Project a plus (but not required)
